I have this key, it stopped working, and the mechanic told me it will recharge as I take it on a longer drive - is this untrue? Is the source of failure always a faulty battery? Thanks for the video!

Thanks a lot for your interessting Video. I tried your fix, but unfortunately it doesn't work with me. I made sure the terminals touch the sides of battery, still doesn't work. Have you other clues about what it might be. Hopefully, i have a second key, but sometimes my wife use the car...It's a 2018 C4 Picasso. Thanks a lot for your advice.

Just changed my chocolate lock for a new security one. Battery went dead and died and I couldn’t get in because it had been screw drivered by someone in the past. Great tip, I’ll note the code in the service book just in case.

I ordered a key but not from you. It didn't come with any tools. All I need is that tiny tiny tool to get that tiny screw out. My key is in bits now n I don't have anything thin enough to get that screw out. Is there something I can use to get that screw out. Thank you. Luckily I have my spare key thank goodness

Hi there. Im currently missing my buttons on my isignia key fob. Took it to Simpsons and they say new fob is £50. It works fine with my little finger opening it. Is there a set time to do this once removing the battery incase memory gets wiped on chip?

Replaced keyring on Vauxhall Zafira - took 20 mins tops - excellent video and their kit has everything you need. Top marks and much appreciated.
